Returns.
Only items that are broken or defective (upon arrival from mail carrier) may be replaced or exchanged, given availability. Many pieces are "limited time" or "one and dones", so it may not be available.
Please do not return items that you have worn and damaged!
1. Submit picture proof of defect within 3 days to [email protected].
2. A return address will be emailed back to you.
3. Return jewelry in original packaging.
Upon inspection of damaged item and availability of that item, a replacement will be sent out. If particular item is unavailable, a refund will be granted back to the original form of payment.
Exchanges.
It is imperative to Measure the part of the body that you plan to order charms for before approving your order, as exchanges are not permitted!
Refunds.
All sales are final. No refunds.
The only exception for a refund is for unworn/damaged items, reported with picture proof within 3 days of receiving the item, and if that item is unavailable, as many pieces are 'ones and dones'.
Shipping.
Delivery can be expected within 3-10 days after order has been placed.
Shipping only available within the United States. As So Charming Studios progresses, that margin will be removed.
We pride ourselves with fast shipping but due to delays with postal services, some orders may be delayed a day or two.

All accessories are industry standard size. If a larger or smaller size is needed for any particular piece of jewelry, please email [email protected] or fill out the form on the 'contact page'. Include the specific name of the item along with your measurements.
If you desire a personalized (initials or name) piece for yourself or gift for someone else, submit an email explaining your request. Please include date for which you need personalized items. Last minute requests will accrue a higher cost! Jewelry can be customed for any occassion!
All jewelry items are authentically crafted! You won't see 1000 others with the same piece!

Finger rings 6-8 cm.
Necklaces length 22.5 cm.
Earrings length varies.
